Fixed rate funding costs have increased and in line with other financial institutions, Bluestone will be making changes to our fixed Residential Mortgages interest rates only.
The rate changes will apply to:
All new applications from today
All applications unconditionally approved from today
These changes will NOT apply to any customer where Bluestone has already issued a loan offer.
